Anker Unveils Prime Innovations: 300W Charging and 25W Qi2 Smart Batteries

Anker has officially launched its new Prime series. Aimed at tech enthusiasts and others, it promises unprecedented charging speeds, featuring 300W external batteries and the first 25W Qi2 chargers with active cooling. The company is aiming to move upmarket.

The entire new Anker Prime range

A 300W External Battery for Professionals

The highlight of this range is the Anker Prime 26K external battery. With a capacity of 26,250 mAh, it meets airline transport standards. What’s impressive is its output power: a total of 300W. According to Anker, this allows for powering two laptops and a phone simultaneously.

The battery itself also recharges quickly, thanks to dual input technology. The company’s internal tests show 50% charge achieved in 13 minutes and 80% in 39 minutes. More compact and lighter than previous models, it is priced at $199.99.

Introducing Qi2 25W with Active Cooling

The other innovation involves wireless charging. The Anker Prime 3-in-1 station is touted as the world’s first 25W Qi2 charger to incorporate active cooling and a display. It promises to charge an iPhone 17 Pro from 0 to 50% in just 22 minutes, competing with wired charging. To combat heat, it features thermoelectric cooling AirCool. The station offers three adaptive modes (Ice, Sleep, Boost) and an HD display shows charging data. It is priced at $159.99.

This technology is also found in the Anker Prime car charger, which also offers Qi2 25W. The promise of 0 to 50% in 22 minutes is maintained, with temperatures kept below 35°C thanks to TEC cooling. The mount attaches to the air vent with a hook and holds the phone with 13N magnets in portrait or landscape orientation. It is sold for $79.99.

Smart Wall Chargers and Docks

For wired solutions, Anker launches a 160W wall charger, hailed as the most compact in its class. It features three USB-C ports (one up to 140W) for a total power output of 160W, capable of powering a 16″ MacBook Pro, an iPhone, and an iPad. It incorporates PowerIQ 5.0 technology and a smart display. It is priced at $129.99.

The range is rounded out by the Anker Prime 14-in-1 docking station. This dock handles triple display (up to 8K/4K/4K) for Mac and Windows via DisplayLink and delivers 140W of upstream charging. It also features a smart display, an app, and a fan (ActiveShield 3.0). The price is $349.99. The entire range launched today, October 31, 2025, on Anker.com and Amazon, with a 20% discount (code PRIME2025).

What’s the Verdict?

Anker is no longer just a budget alternative. With the Prime range, the brand is clearly aiming to ascend to a higher tier and make a mark in the “premium” segment. The strategy is coherent: targeting creators with products that solve real problems. The 300W power of the battery and the 140W from the dock meet the needs of MacBook Pro users.

But perhaps the most interesting innovation is the Qi2 25W with active cooling. Anker is addressing a major obstacle in fast wireless charging: heat, which degrades batteries and slows down charging. If they can deliver on the promise of 0-50% in 22 minutes while staying below 35°C, it’s a significant advantage. The question of pricing remains, as it naturally increases with performance.
