Ugreen Nexode RG
If you’re tired of mundane tech gear, you can add some fun to your device charging routine with the Nexode RG from Ugreen. This cute robot, available in black/gray and purple/white (complete with a small bow on the back), is actually a highly efficient 65W GaN charger. It features two USB-C ports and one USB-A port on top, and a pair of magnetic boots that cover the plug, allowing it to double as geeky decor when not in use.
Three USB Ports, LED Display, and 65W Power
Ugreen’s GaNFast technology enables efficient energy conversion (95%) while minimizing heat during charging. The little robot also features LEDs that display a smiling face to indicate fast charging, mischievous eyes when the charge is complete, and a stoic face when no devices are connected.
Using USB-C port 1 alone, the Nexode RG can deliver a full 65W, which is enough power for fast charging a MacBook Air M2/M3, reaching 50% in just 30 minutes. The USB-C port 2 can deliver up to 30W and the USB-A port 22.5W. If both USB-C ports are used at the same time, they will provide 40W and 25W respectively, and using all three ports will yield 45W, 7.5W, and 7.5W.
The Ugreen Nexode RG is currently on sale for 34.95 euros. If you need more power, other more traditional Ugreen models are also available.
