The AI 2.0 obstacle recognition operates locally without storing or sending images to the cloud, enhanced mapping and navigation thanks to LiDAR, a camera (which can be used to patrol the house by remote controlling the device), DirtTect technology that adapts the robot’s cleaning behavior based on the level of dirt, and the ability to vacuum in the direction of the wood grain are also included.
The S8 MaxV Ultra features a home assistant that responds to the voice command Hello Rocky to specify tasks, in addition to Alexa, Siri (with an app for Apple Watch and widgets for iOS), and Google Home.
