Unlock Your Creativity: iPad Pro M4 and Apple Pencil on Sale Now!

As May approaches, bringing with it extended weekends, some might feel the urge to go for a stroll or get back into sketching. Perfect timing—the iPad Pro M4 is on sale, both the 11-inch and 13-inch models!

A Truly Professional Tablet!

Last year, the iPad Pro was the first to debut the Apple Silicon M4 chip. This chip, manufactured using TSMC’s second-generation 3nm technology, features 10 CPU cores, 4 high-performance and 6 efficient (only 9 cores, including 3 high-performance for the 256 and 512GB versions), and 10 GPU cores with Dynamic Caching and hardware-accelerated ray tracing. In short, it’s a powerhouse!

According to Apple, the M4’s GPU is up to 4 times more powerful than the M2’s (in tests involving ray tracing) and the new 3nm etching allows the M4 chip to use half as much power at equivalent performance levels as the M2.

Both the 13-inch and 11-inch iPad Pro M4 models are now thinner and lighter (5.1mm for the 13 inches and 5.3 for the 11 inches, and up to 100 grams lighter), and each now features an OLED Ultra Retina XDR display. Apple utilized two OLED layers (Tandem OLED) to achieve a screen capable of consistently delivering 1,000 nits of brightness, and up to 1,600 nits at peak.

The front camera is now positioned to be centered when the iPad is used in landscape mode for video calls. On the back, the iPad Pro M4 models come equipped with LiDAR, Adoptive True Tone flash, and now a single 12-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture (goodbye ultra-wide angle).

Apple emphasizes the exceptional quality of these Ultra Retina XDR displays, offering all the benefits of OLED, such as a 1ms response time, deep blacks: the pixels in OLED are self-emissive and can therefore be completely and individually turned off.

The iPad Pro M4 offers significant brightness and ProMotion (adaptive refresh rate from 10 to 120 Hz, but no always-on display like the iPhone Pro 14 and 15, whose refresh rate can drop to 1 Hz). This will be a real pleasure for drawing, even in poor conditions—meaning with too much light…

The Apple Pencil is Also on Sale!

Apple pairs its iPad Pro M4 with new accessories including the Apple Pencil Pro (a new Pinch gesture with haptic feedback, a built-in gyroscope to change stroke orientation, support for Find My to locate the stylus) and a new version of the Magic Keyboard that’s thinner and lighter, featuring an aluminum wrist rest, a row of function keys, and a glass trackpad with haptic feedback.
