Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar
Bose has introduced the Smart Ultra Soundbar, a successor to the Soundbar 900 in its product lineup. This new soundbar retains much of the design and technical specifications of its predecessor, which was launched in September 2021. It measures 5.8 x 104.5 x 10.7 cm and weighs 5.8 kg.
The Smart Ultra Soundbar features a seven-speaker array, including two upward-firing speakers for Dolby Atmos, four racetrack-shaped front-facing speakers, and a tweeter. The new Dialogue mode utilizes machine learning algorithms to enhance voice clarity. Bose’s proprietary TrueSpace and PhaseGuide technologies offer enhanced elevation effects for Dolby Atmos. Additionally, the soundbar can tailor its output to the acoustics of the room with Adaptiq technology.
In terms of connectivity, the Smart Ultra Soundbar includes an HDMI eARC port, an optical input, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, and compatibility with Amazon and Google virtual assistants.
An Expandable System
You can also enhance your setup by adding Bose brand surround speakers and a subwoofer (Bass Module 500 and Surround Speakers) to create a more comprehensive system. Furthermore, a Bose headset can be paired through SimpleSync within the Bose Music app, offering independent volume controls that allow you to lower or mute the soundbar while keeping the headset at your desired volume—a handy feature for some users. The Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar is currently available in black for 799 euros, marking a 200 euro discount off the official price, and its best price to date.
If you’re a fan of the brand, Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones and earphones are also available at great discounts during the sales.
