Moss also hinted that the dynamic between June and Serena (played by Yvonne Strahovski) could be a central theme in the final season. “Yvonne [Strahovski] said it best: ‘There is no Serena without June, and there is no June without Serena.’ It’s so true. Their parallel journeys are one of my favorite aspects of the show,” Moss shared during the Happy Sad Confused podcast.
